Services Provided

RenderLine Design provides remote cabinetry and interior design services including:

  • Kitchen and bath layout design

  • Cabinetry planning

  • 2D drawings and elevations

  • 3D renderings

  • Design consultation

  • Project planning assistance

RenderLine Design, LLC provides design services only and does not perform construction, installation, engineering, or architectural services.

Remote Design Disclaimer

Many RenderLine Design projects are completed remotely using measurements, photos, or information provided by the client or contractor.

 

Clients and contractors are responsible for verifying:

  • All field measurements

  • Site conditions

  • Structural requirements

  • Plumbing and electrical locations

  • Appliance specifications

  • Building code compliance

RenderLine Design, LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or incomplete project information provided by others.

Construction and Installation Responsibility

RenderLine Design, LLC drawings and renderings are provided as design and planning tools only.

 

Contractors, builders, installers, and tradespeople are responsible for:

  • Verifying dimensions before ordering materials

  • Confirming fit and clearances

  • Ensuring safe installation

  • Meeting local building codes

RenderLine Design, LLC is not responsible for construction errors, ordering mistakes, installation issues, or material delays.

Design Accuracy

Renderings and drawings are visual representations intended to assist with planning and decision-making. Final products, materials, and colors may vary from digital renderings. RenderLine Design, LLC does not guarantee that renderings will exactly match finished construction.

Estimates and Fees

RenderLine Design, LLC may charge hourly or project-based design fees. Fees and services will be agreed upon before work begins. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges. Payment terms will be communicated before the start of work.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate measurements and project information

  • Review drawings carefully

  • Notify RenderLine Design of any errors or changes

  • Confirm final selections before ordering materials

Failure to review drawings does not transfer responsibility to RenderLine Design, LLC.

​DIY Use Disclaimer

When design plans are used by homeowners or do-it-yourself installers, the homeowner assumes full responsibility for verifying measurements, installation methods, material compatibility, and project suitability. RenderLine Design, LLC is not responsible for errors, damages, or construction issues resulting from do-it-yourself use of design plans.

Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created by RenderLine Design remain the intellectual property of RenderLine Design, LLC. This includes:

  • Layout drawings

  • Elevations

  • Renderings

  • Digital files

  • Website content

  • Logos and graphics

Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or reused for commercial purposes without written permission. Clients may use purchased designs for their specific project only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenderLine Design shall not be liable for:

  • Construction errors

  • Measurement errors

  • Installation problems

  • Contractor performance

  • Product defects

  • Delays in materials or labor

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability for any claim related to RenderLine Design services shall not exceed the amount paid for the design services.
